唐璐，工学博士，讲师，中国农业科学院“农科英才”工程院级后备人才，主要从事农产品深加工、农副产品高值化利用、纤维素资源衍生应用等方面的研究工作。近三年来以第一作者在Carbohydrate Polymers，Ultrasonics Sonochemistry，Food Chemistry，International Journal of Biological Macromolecules等期刊发表论文10篇，其中SCI一区TOP论文8篇，参与授权专利5项。
