重庆工商大学数学与统计学院教授。长期致力于概率论（条件）极限理论、统计抽样分布渐近理论、Markov 过程位势理论和随机过程强偏差理论的研究。在“Science in China, Series A”、“Science China Mathematics”、“Acta  Mathematica Sinica, English Series”、“Journal of Mathematical Analysis and  Applications”、“Acta Applicandae Mathematicae”、“Monatshefte für  Mathematik”、“Statistics and Probability Letters”、“Journal of Statistical  Planning and Inference”、“Stochastics: An International Journal of Probability and  Stochastic Processes”、“Communications in Statistics-Theory and Methods” 、 “Journal of the Korean Mathematical Society”、“Statistical Papers”和“应用概率统计”等国内个重要刊物上发表论文70余篇。
