Zhao Shifang graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University and City University of Hong Kong and was a visiting Ph.D. student at National University of Singapore. Currently, she is a faculty in the Accounting Department of the School of Accounting at Chongqing Technology and Business University. Her research focuses on corporate governance and strategic management. Her recent research is featured in the field of sustainable development. She has papers published in Nankai Business Review, Journal of Organizational Change Management, Chinese Management Studies, Library Journal, and Academy of Management Proceedings. She has participated in National Social Science Foundation Major Projects and National Natural Science Foundation General Projects, and has extensive experience in scientific research projects. She has received numerous scholarships and honors, and holds a Doctor of Management degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from City University of Hong Kong.
