Jing Yang, Ph.D., Associate Professor, and Master's Supervisor. Dr. Yang earned a Ph.D. from China Agricultural University and completed postdoctoral research at Florida State University. Dr. Yang serves as a reviewer for several journals, including Allergy, Food Frontiers, Frontiers in Microbiology, and Food Control, and are a member of the American Chemical Society.
Dr. Yang has led 7 research projects funded by provincial, ministerial, and university-level agencies, as well as 6 education and teaching reform projects at similar levels. As the first or corresponding author, they have published over 20 papers in prestigious international and domestic journals, such as Food Research International, Trends in Food Science & Technology, Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition, Journal of Dairy Science, and Chinese Journal of Food Science. Dr. Yang holds one authorized invention patent and has published one monograph and one textbook.
